Late Harvest in Guria and Adjara
The last grape harvest of the year, when Chkhaveri and other late varieties are picked in the humid west.

Small family wineries make light pink and orange wines, and harvest tables include Gurian dishes such as mchadi corn bread and walnut-rich sauces.
Few tourists see this part of the season, which makes it a good extension to a late-autumn trip to Batumi or to the tea and citrus country around Ozurgeti.
- Weather is wet; bring rain gear.
- Ask a local guide to arrange visits, as small wineries rarely advertise.
